Notes: Rotton represented Hartley in the previous parliament, but had been defeated contesting Bathurst the previous week and so is not shown here as a sitting MP. Russell was referrd to in the Bathurst Free Press as Captain Russell, and it has been presumed this is Captain William Russell, the MP for Patrick's Plains who was contesting his old seat at the same time as Hartley.
