Too Blue To Be True – Australia Chinese New Arts Society

See Australia through the eyes of Chinese-Australian artists with exhibition Too Blue To Be True, on display in the Fountain Court this September.

The exhibition showcases the paintings of 24 artists, and is part of the project 'Days in Australia' organised by the Australia Chinese New Arts Society. Reflecting on everything from identity and community to locations and moments in everyday life, the artworks offer an insight into the experiences of the artists and the interaction between – and melding of – eastern and western cultures, including the contribution of Chinese-Australians to Australian society.

Too Blue To Be True has been curated by Guan Wei and produced by Jenny Gu, and is being hosted at NSW Parliament by Member for Kogarah and Leader of the Opposition Chris Minns.
