The Bicentenary Concert Series returned in 2024 with a series of free lunchtime concerts held in NSW Parliament's Fountain Court.
The Bicentenary of the NSW Legislative Council is a chance to
reflect on our past,
celebrate our progress and
imagine our future. At each concert, musicians from the
Sydney Youth Orchestras,
Sydney Conservatorium of Music and other talented organisations and groups played a selection of pieces ranging from classical through to contemporary movements.
