  1. How many car parking spaces are there at the Newcastle Court House development, approved by the Joint Regional Planning Panel on 10 August 2012?
  2. How many staff will be based on the site?
  3. How many on-site disabled parking spaces will be allocated?
  4. How many on-site car parking spaces will be provided for jurors?
  5. How many on-site car parking spaces will be provided for clients?
Answer -
  1. The Hunter & Central Coast Joint Regional Planning Panel approved a total of 25 basement car parking spaces as part of their approval of the Newcastle Court House development.
  2. The new Court House is anticipated to accommodate up to 80 permanent staff.
  3. A total of 2 car parking spaces have been allocated for disabled parking.
  4. and (5) The 25 car parking spaces are for serving judges, magistrates and departmental vehicles. There are no car spaces allocated for jurors or clients.
