- That the Standing Committee on Parliamentary Privilege and Ethics inquire into and report on the four recommendations that directly refer to the Committee in the Elizabeth Broderick & Co 2022 report entitled Leading for Change: Independent Review of Bullying, Sexual Harassment and Sexual Misconduct in NSW Parliamentary Workplaces 2022.
- In undertaking the inquiry, in accordance with Standing Order 311, the Committee shall have leave to confer with the Legislative Council's Committee on Privileges.
