Inquiry into the Establishment of a Draft Code of Conduct for Members

This inquiry was established in accordance with section 72C(1)(a) of the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988. The Standing Committee on Parliamentary Privilege and Ethics was designated as the relevant Committee to draft a Code of Conduct for Members, by resolution of the Legislative Council on 24 May 1995.
