The Committee is to inquire into and report upon a proposal to intoduce a State Arms Bill to regulate the use of coats of arms in connection with the Parliament, the courts, the office of the Governor and State instrumentalities. In conducting its inquiry, the Committee should have regard to: Whether the provisions of the proposed State Arms Bill meet its stated policy objectives; and Any related matter.
