Additional hearings 2022
On 23 February 2022 the House resolved the following timetable for additional hearings for the Budget Estimates inquiry 2021-22, with hearings commencing 28 February and concluding 16 March.
On 29 March 2022 the House noted that additional Budget Estimates hearings for the Emergency Services and Resilience portfolio, the Deputy Premier, Regional NSW, Police portfolio and the Premier portfolio were unable to be conducted as scheduled by the relevant committees due to the impact of flooding in northern New South Wales and the unavailability of ministers and other witnesses. The House then resolved that the relevant committees be authorised to undertake the hearings according to the following schedule, as amended on 30 March 2022:
Day Fourteen: Wednesday 6 April 2022
PC 5 Emergency Services and Resilience
Day Fifteen: Thursday 21 April 2022
PC 1 Premier
Day Sixteen: Wednesday 4 May 2022
