Long Title: An Act to amend the Crime Commission Act 2012 with respect to the Crime Commission’s powers to obtain evidence by way of compulsory examinations and the disclosure of evidence so obtained by the Commission, investigations by the Crime Commission in co-operation with external persons and authorities and other miscellaneous matters; and to amend the Crimes (Appeal and Review) Act 2001 to limit certain appeals relating to Crime Commission examinations and evidence.
