Explanatory note This explanatory note relates to this Bill as introduced into Parliament. Overview of Bill The object of this Bill is to authorise and facilitate the transfer to the private sector of the assets, rights and liabilities of New South Wales Lotteries Corporation (NSW Lotteries) which are referred to in the Bill as NSW Lotteries assets.
