Explanatory note This explanatory note relates to this Bill as introduced into Parliament. Overview of Bill The object of this Bill is to impose restrictions on the granting of liquor licences and various other liquor-related authorisations (such as extended trading hour authorisations) in relation to certain premises in central Sydney.
