The Hon. HELEN WESTWOOD: My question without notice is to the Minister for Finance and Services, and Minister for the Illawarra. Yesterday the Minister informed the House that he used the same tender documents and the same financial assessment process as the former Government to determine the St Hilliers contracts in the Illawarra. Did the Minister mislead the House on 7 September 2011 when he said he investigated the contracts himself and that his department had performed two financial assessments of St Hilliers?
