The Hon. LUKE FOLEY: My question is directed to the Minister for Police and Emergency Services. Given that the Government's wages regulation identifies only current police proceedings before the Industrial Relations Commission, will he now admit that he misled the Police Association when he committed to exempting police?

The Hon. MICHAEL GALLACHER: At no stage have I or any member of the Government misled the Police Association. There has been no misleading whatsoever. I look forward to continuing to work with the Police Association not only on this issue but on other issues that will arise over the next four years.
