What does he, as Treasurer, intend to do to oversee the expenditure of all government departments, given the statement made by Robert Needham, Chairman of the Queensland Crime and Misconduct Commission, at a hearing last week. Mr Needham said:

ICAC said virtually everywhere they were looking in New South Wales they were finding fraud in purchasing divisions of public administration.

What processes to improve fiscal accountability and transparency does the Treasurer intend to implement to address these Independent Commission Against Corruption findings?
