LANDCOM FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Ms FICARRA: I ask the Minister for Urban Affairs and Planning, and Minister for Housing a question without notice. Why did Ms Gabrielle Kibble, without the prior knowledge of the head of the Minister's department, withdraw all financial delegations in respect of land purchases from Landcom staff, including the chief general manager, and maintain personal financial control of Landcom?
