S.O.53 Order - no Member to pass between Chair
53. Members shall not pass between the Chair and the Table or between the Chair and the Member speaking.

| 2006 Precedent | 1.During questions without notice a point of order was raised that the Premier had passed between the member speaking and the Chair on a number of occasions to interject which was contrary to standing order 61.
