Description This series is comprised of the printed book catalogues which were produced at first from manuscript. Later working catalogues consist of old printed catalogues cut up and pasted into a blank volume, with later additions and annotations written in ink. The Library issued its catalogues in book form from 1849 to 1958, when the Dewey System of classification was adopted.
