Heavy Vehicle Safety (Inquiry)
This inquiry is a current Parliamentary inquiry conducted by the Staysafe (Road Safety) Committee.
The Committee will inquire into and report on the recent changes to occupational health and safety legislation and industrial awards that seek to address fatigue and safety management in the NSW trucking industry; the adequacy of infrastructure to support these changes; and the effectiveness of the changes in reducing the involvement of heavy vehicles in fatal crashes.
