Review of the 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 Annual Reports of the Health Care Complaints Commission (Inquiry)
This inquiry is a current Parliamentary inquiry conducted by the Health Care Complaints Committee. Under Part 4, section 65 (1) (c) of the Health Care Complaints Act 1993, the Committee is to examine each annual and other report made by the Health Care Complaints Commission and presented to Parliament, under this or any other Act and to report to both Houses of Parliament on any matter appearing in, or arising out of, any such report.

"That the Committee defer consideration of the 2009-2010 Annual Report of the Health Care Complaints Commission until after the 2010-2011 Annual Report has been tabled and conduct one Review of both Reports".The Committee agreed that the review would take place in the first quarter of 2012.
