This inquiry is a completed Legislative Council inquiry conducted by the Procedure Committee.

* Limiting debate when standing orders are suspended in order to bring on a motion forthwith
* Tabling of papers when the House is prorogued
* Conflict between standing order 106 and 176(4)
* Rules for visitors to the President's gallery and vistor's galleries.
