Review of Draft Constitution (Disclosures by Members) Further Amendment Regulation 2007 (Inquiry)

This inquiry is a completed Legislative Assembly inquiry conducted by the Parliamentary Privilege and Ethics (LA) Committee.

This inquiry considered proposed amendments to the prescribed forms for declaration of interests by Members. The forms had been amended to reflect the 2006 amendments to the Regulation requiring 6 monthly reporting, and further information about provision of services by Members.
