Standing Order No. 151
Transmission to Assembly
- When a bill originated in the Council has been passed, the Clerk will certify at the top of the first page: “This (public) bill originated in the Legislative Council and, having this day passed, is now ready for presentation to the Legislative Assembly for its concurrence”.
- After the third reading a bill will be deemed to have passed and the Clerk will so certify, and the bill will be sent, with a message, to the Assembly for concurrence.
