Standing Order No. 207
Select committees
- The House may appoint select committees to consider matters referred by the House. A select committee has power to sit during the life of the Parliament. When the committee completes its inquiry and presents its final report to the House, the committee ceases to exist.
- The composition of any select committee will be as determined by the House.
